My file won’t open

Check that it is a subtitle file in the format shown by the tool. Renaming another file to .srt does not convert it. Each tool shows its size limit. If a timestamp or subtitle is invalid, the error message will help you find the problem.

Where is my download?

Check your browser’s Downloads list. On phones, your browser may ask where to save the file. Keep your original file until you have checked the result.

Keeping editor changes

Download your edited subtitles before leaving. Editor changes are held in memory, not saved to an account or browser storage. A warning helps protect unsaved edits, but cannot recover work after a browser crash.
